Heather Leck

Heather has been with Dr. Mullaney since 2021 and has grown to love the unique stories that come with each patient. Heather has made it her mission to rewrite the narrative of preventative dentistry by making her patients feel comfortable and educated about their oral health instead of scared and apprehensive. She does this all by using her gentle Midwestern touch, of course! Seeing how a small office can make the biggest impact on a community by caring for their oral health as well as their overall wellness is one of Heather’s favorite things about being with Dr. Mullaney and her team!

After graduating from Dental Hygiene school in 2015, Heather knew she had found the perfect career path for her. She started her career in Kansas, then moved to Ohio, and then finally settled in Alexandria. Heather has had the pleasure of getting to know many people and understands that everyone comes with their own specific needs when it comes to their oral health.

Heather and her husband S.J. have welcomed their first daughter, Charlotte, in July of 2022 and are very much enjoying navigating their new roles of Mom and Dad. As a family, they like exploring new local trails, parks, and restaurants; they are one busy family! They absolutely love Alexandria!

Tamara Gordon

Tamara, affectionately called Tee, has been working in dentistry for her entire professional career. Many of her family members are in the dental field in both Jamaica and the US, so she had an early passion for dentistry. Tee’s dental career began in 2005 when she graduated from dental hygiene school in Jamaica. Tee practiced as a registered dental hygienist for 9 years prior to moving to the United States. After moving to the US, she wanted to continue her love for dentistry and studied to become a dental assistant. Tee is a valued member of our team and has been working with Dr. Mullaney since 2017.

Tee’s quiet nature is very calming to patients, and she prides herself on treating each person in Dr. Mullaney’s chair as a family member. Tee’s warm and caring manner and excellent skills have made her an indispensable team member. Our patients have really come to love Tee and look forward to catching up with her about her family.

Tee resides in Northern Virginia with her daughter, Arielle. She enjoys cooking and hanging out with her friends and exploring the DMV. She and Arielle especially enjoy the parks where they love to hike, bike, and enjoy a nice picnic.

Paige Quillin

Paige worked alongside Dr. Mullaney for 13 years before relocating to The Villages, Florida, in 2022. As the former Patient and Marketing Coordinator, she now serves as the remote Marketing Director for the practice, ensuring its continued success.

You might still hear Paige’s friendly voice when she occasionally fills in on the phones. In her free time, Paige enjoys cruising around The Villages in her golf cart and participating in various clubs.
